Four-Week First Steps into Mindfulness
This program is designed to provide an introduction to mindfulness and mindfulness-based practices in a small/big classroom setting, so that participants will experience together and share their own individual responses to mindful eating, sitting, walking meditation, mindful movement, and communication. These can be integrated in one’s everyday life as self-care and to better cope with the stresses of daily living, chronic pain, anxiety, life transitions.
Duration: Participants commit to 4 weekly sessions of 1 hour ½ each.
Six-Week Personalized Paths into Mindfulness
This program is designed to provide an individual, personalized introduction and experiential approach to the use of mindfulness-based practices such as focused awareness, mindful eating, sitting, walking meditation, mindful movement, and communication. These can be integrated in one’s everyday life as self-care and to better cope with the stresses of daily living, chronic pain, anxiety, life transitions. This course can also serve as an introduction or a refresher to the full MBSR.
Duration: The participant commits to 6 weekly sessions of 1 hour each.
Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitation
These 1 hours sessions will guide the participant(s) in daily mindfulness informal practices, and in the use of formal meditation of different time duration, and specifically tailored to their individual and evolving needs.
Duration: Designed as a need-to basis and no commitment required, number of sessions varies.
Four/Eight Week Mindfulness Based Creative Explorations
These individual/collective sessions combine my long-standing passion for artmaking with mindfulness-based contemplative and reflective practices. Art can be a powerful tool of self-care and introspection in that it requires to bring awareness to the present moment as well as to be embrace self-compassion and acceptance.
In these hands-on sessions, participants (who don’t need to be artists) will explore several kinds of creative and artistic expression (mostly visual), and integrate their creative process with contemplative, reflective and focused awareness practices.
Duration: 4 to 8 week sessions of 1 hour each, based on the participant(s) needs
First Steps into Mindful Creative Expression
This 4 week training provides participants with the opportunity to foster self-expression through a series of foundational mindfulness meditation practices. This program can be an opportunity for both artists and non-artists to begin to experience intuitive artmaking as a meditative, self-reflective practice and therefore explore its potential for the cultivation of lasting sense of wellbeing, joy and moment to moment awareness. Throughout this program you will be invited to lean in, and discover the meditator or the artist, or both, in you! The mindfulness practices and teaching approaches used in this course draw from the worldwide established 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program and from MBSE (Mindfulness Based Self Expression)

Eight-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
MBSR is an experiential program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. in 1979 at UMass Medical Center. The program provides participants with intensive and structured training in mindfulness meditation and movement practices, that they can then integrate in their own daily life. MBSR is an opportunity for self-care: it is not an alternative to medicine or any form of therapy, and it can be used both on its own and as a complement to traditional approaches.
Duration: An Orientation session of 2 hours + 8 weekly sessions of 2 and 1/2 hours + 1 day silent retreat to be held on a week-end.
